For cell culture applications, recommended working volumes are up to 3 L, with optimal performance typically achieved at approximately 2.5 L, depending on the cell type and culture conditions. While the vessel can accommodate larger liquid volumes for laboratory or chemical mixing, 5 L is not recommended as the standard working volume for cell culture.
For larger-scale applications, custom plug-and-use culture systems ranging from 10 L to 250 L are available on request.
